If you wish to return any items please contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that you will be responsilble for the postal charges of the returned item. We will refund you the cost of the item excluding the original cost of postage. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

POSTAGE - Postal costs are for UK Mainland only. If you require costs for Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Offshore Islands then please e-mail us.

COURIERS - Our couriers usually leave a card if you are not in to receive the delivery. You must contact them to re-arrange delivery within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned to me and in surcharges for resending the item.
